Parmesan and Dijon Mustard Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 13 recipe prepared Parmesan and Herb Mustard Chicken

  • 4 tsp Dijon-style mustard

  • 8 slices whole-grain bread

  • 4 slices low-fat Swiss or mozzarella cheese

  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • Thinly slice chicken and set aside.

  • Spread mustard on each slice of bread. Add chicken, Swiss or mozzarella, and lettuce. Season with Sea Salt and Pepper. Top with second bread slice, cut in half and serve.
