Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs (675 g) flank, or rib-eye steak
  • 2 tbsp Beef & Steak Seasoning
  • 1 recipe prepared Paris Bistro Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Paris Bistro Finishing Sauce Mix, shake jar before use
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Combine steak and Beef & Steak Seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook steak for approximately 3–5 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes, and then thinly slice against the grain.
  3. Top each steak with a dollop of Paris Bistro Sauce.
