Paris Bistro Home-style Potato Soup
Ingredients
4 cups Nourish Broth
1 1⁄2 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
2 cups milk, heated
1 tbsp French Onion Dip Mix
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1⁄2 cup Paris Bistro Sauce
2 tbsp Paris Bistro Finishing Sauce Mix, shake jar before use
1⁄4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
In a Multipurpose Pot, bring Bouillon and potatoes to a boil over high heat. Reduce temperature and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Using a potato masher, break potatoes into smaller pieces. Soup should still be 'lumpy'.
Stir in hot milk and French Onion Dip Mix. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
Gently reheat until hot. To prevent curdling, do not boil. Pour into bowls and top each with a dollop of Paris Bistro Sauce.
