Ingredients

  • 7 oz (200 g) container mini bocconcini balls, drained, about 20 pieces
  • 12 cup Paris Bistro Finishing Sauce, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Paris Bistro Finishing Sauce Mix, shake jar before use
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea Salt, to taste, optional
  • Black Pepper, to taste, optional

Preparation

  1. In bowl, combine bocconcini and finishing sauce. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Marinate at room temperature at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers or crostini.
