Ingredients

  • 4 servings Spicy Pan-fried Fish Fillets
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 (3 oz/85 gr) white fish fillets, your choice
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce Mix
  • 4 whole-grain buns
  • 1 cup Poco Picante Salsa
  • 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp lime juice, optional
  • cilantro, optional

Preparation

  1. Reheat fish and place on buns.
  2. Top with Salsa, add top half of buns and serve.
