Pan-fried Fish Burgers
Ingredients
4 servings Spicy Pan-fried Fish Fillets
2 tsp olive oil
4 (3 oz/85 gr) white fish fillets, your choice
2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce Mix
4 whole-grain buns
1 cup Poco Picante Salsa
2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp lime juice, optional
cilantro, optional
Preparation
Reheat fish and place on buns.
Top with Salsa, add top half of buns and serve.
