Oven Roasted Buffalo Potato Wedges

Not just for wings! The Buffalo flavours of cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, herbs and spices make a delicious seasoning for potatoes.

Ingredients
  • 6 large potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 3 tbsp Buffalo Wing Seasoning

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).

  • In a large mixing bowl, coat potato wedges in oil. Add Buffalo Wing Seasoning.

  • Toss well to coat. Place in a single layer on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.

  • Bake for 18-20 min.
