Oven Roasted Buffalo Potato Wedges
Not just for wings! The Buffalo flavours of cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, herbs and spices make a delicious seasoning for potatoes.

Ingredients
6 large potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp Buffalo Wing Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
In a large mixing bowl, coat potato wedges in oil. Add Buffalo Wing Seasoning.
Toss well to coat. Place in a single layer on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
Bake for 18-20 min.
