Oven-Roasted Balsamic Onions

Ingredients

  • 3 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 14 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients.
  3. Roast in a fry pan, stirring occasionally, until caramelized, approximately 30–40 minutes.
  4. If making ahead, cover, and refrigerate up to 1 week. Reheat in microwave before serving.
