Oven-Roasted Balsamic Onions
Ingredients
3 large onions, thinly sliced
1⁄4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, prepared
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 tsp sugar
Sea Salt, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients.
Roast in a fry pan, stirring occasionally, until caramelized, approximately 30–40 minutes.
If making ahead, cover, and refrigerate up to 1 week. Reheat in microwave before serving.
