Oven Fried Chicken
Make this takeout favourite at home—baked, not fried!
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup butter
1⁄4 cup flour
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 tsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
1⁄2 tsp Madras Curry Powder
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
In a plastic bag, combine remaining ingredients.
Shake 2–3 pieces of chicken at a time in the bag.
Place chicken skin side down in pan.
Bake for 30 min. Turn chicken over and continue to bake for 15 min.
