Oven Barbecued Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 14 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce Mix
  • 4 - 6 baking or sweet potatoes, cut into thin wedges
  • Sea Salt, coarsely ground, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Whisk oil and Barbecue Seasoning together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add potato wedges and toss to coat. Place in a frying pan or on parchment-lined Sheet Pan and season with Sea Salt.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
