Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Make everyone’s favourite restaurant side dish at home for a fraction of the cost and all the flavour! Caesar Dressing Mix gives your fries cheesy and garlicky flavours with almost no sodium. Serve with prepared Epicure Dip, like Herb & Garlic Dip, for dunking.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut in wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix, or Greek Dressing Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Place potatoes in a stainless steel bowl. Add oil and Caesar Dressing Seasoning and toss to coat.
  3. Spread in a single layer on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, turn potatoes, and continue baking an additional 20 minutes. Season with Salt.

Tips

Good helpers can pick the Dressing Seasoning, measure ingredients, toss potatoes to coat, and arrange them on the Baking Sheet.
