Orange Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced carrots or baby carrots, steamed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 tsp Pesto Sauce Mix

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in a sauté pan. Add honey, Pesto sauce mix and juice of 1 orange. Heat until mixture begins to boil.
  2. Add drained carrots, cook to reheat.
