Orange-cranberry Chicken and Brie Flatbread Pizza

This recipe can be served for dinner, or sliced into triangles – perfect for appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole-grain flatbread, or thin pizza crust
  • 3 - 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • Orange-cranberry Chicken, 2 servings, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 12 cup Nourish Broth
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 34 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 green onion, diced — optional
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 wheel (4 oz/125 g) of light brie cheese, thinly sliced

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190°C).
  2. Place flatbread on parchment-lined Sheet Pan.
  3. Top with Sauce, Orange-Cranberry Chicken, pear and brie.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until crust is golden and brie begins to melt. Slice and serve.
