Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 12 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup Sage & Apple Stuffing, prepared
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 small apple
  • 6 cups cubed day-old bread
  • 2 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning
  • 1 cup Nourish Broth or Vegetable Broth, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 12 tsp Sea Salt, optional
  • 1 cup Savoury Herb Gravy, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Savoury Herb Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 4 - (3 oz/90 g) portions leftover turkey, reheated

Preparation

  1. Place one slice of bread on each plate.
  2. Top with 1 tbsp cranberry sauce, 1⁄4 cup Sage & Apple Stuffing, 3 oz (90 g) turkey, and 1⁄4 cup Gravy.
  3. Serve.
