Open-faced Hot Turkey Sandwiches
Ingredients
4 slices whole-wheat bread
1⁄2 cup cranberry sauce
1 cup Sage & Apple Stuffing, prepared
2 celery stalks
1 small apple
6 cups cubed day-old bread
2 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning
1 cup Nourish Broth or Vegetable Broth, prepared
1 1⁄2 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1 1⁄2 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1⁄2 tsp Sea Salt, optional
1 cup Savoury Herb Gravy, prepared
2 tbsp Savoury Herb Gravy Mix
1 cup cold water
4 - (3 oz/90 g) portions leftover turkey, reheated
Preparation
Place one slice of bread on each plate.
Top with 1 tbsp cranberry sauce, 1⁄4 cup Sage & Apple Stuffing, 3 oz (90 g) turkey, and 1⁄4 cup Gravy.
Serve.
