Ingredients

  • 4 thin slices bread, your choice
  • 1 recipe prepared Classic Meatloaf, warmed
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp honey mustard
  • 1 pkg Classic Meatloaf Seasoning
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 12 recipe prepared Savory Herb Gravy, warm
  • 2 tbsp Savoury Herb Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas, warm
  • Smoky Roasted Tomato Nutritional Yeast Topper, for garnish, optional

Preparation

  1. To assemble, top each slice of bread with meatloaf, gravy, and peas.
  2. Top with nutritional yeast sprinkle, if desired. Serve and enjoy.
