Onion and Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450 g) potatoes, peeled and quartered

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 - 2 tsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Sea Salt, to taste

Instructions
  • Boil potatoes in Multipurpose Pot for 15–18 minutes, until tender.

  • Meanwhile, heat milk with Minced Garlic and 3 Onion Dip Mix in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup.

  • Drain potatoes well, then mash until lump-free. Stir in milk mixture, oil and Sea Salt. Serve.
