Onion and Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 cup milk
1 - 2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
2 tbsp olive oil
Sea Salt, to taste
Instructions
Boil potatoes in Multipurpose Pot for 15–18 minutes, until tender.
Meanwhile, heat milk with Minced Garlic and 3 Onion Dip Mix in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup.
Drain potatoes well, then mash until lump-free. Stir in milk mixture, oil and Sea Salt. Serve.
