Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
  • 2 cups bite-sized pasta
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 can (14 oz/400 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (14 oz/400 ml) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups baby spinach

Preparation

  1. In a large pan, brown beef. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add seasoning, pasta, water, crushed and diced tomatoes, and olive oil
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 12–15 min.
  4. Stir in spinach until wilted.
