Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
2 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
2 cups bite-sized pasta
4 cups water
1 can (14 oz/400 ml) diced tomatoes
1 can (14 oz/400 ml) crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cups baby spinach
Instructions
In a large pan, brown beef. Drain excess fat.
Add seasoning, pasta, water, crushed and diced tomatoes, and olive oil
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 12–15 min.
Stir in spinach until wilted.
