Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup butter
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
1⁄2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp skim milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup rolled oats
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Cream butter and sugars in a medium mixing bowl. Beat in egg, vanilla extract and milk.
Whisk flour, baking soda, Baking Powder and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Beat into creamed mixture until smooth. Stir in oats.
Drop by the teaspoon onto 2 parchment-lined Sheet Pans.
Bake 10–12 minutes.
