Ingredients
  • 12 cup butter

  • 12 cup brown sugar

  • 12 cup white sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp skim milk

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).

  • Cream butter and sugars in a medium mixing bowl. Beat in egg, vanilla extract and milk.

  • Whisk flour, baking soda, Baking Powder and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Beat into creamed mixture until smooth. Stir in oats.

  • Drop by the teaspoon onto 2 parchment-lined Sheet Pans.

  • Bake 10–12 minutes.
