Ingredients
1 cup sliced frozen bananas
1 cup 2% milk
1⁄4 cup 2% Greek yogurt
1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
1⁄4 tsp Cinnamon or Churro Popcorn Seasoning , or eggnog spice or nutmeg
Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass or Shaker.
