No-Bake Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 13 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 14 cup maple syrup
  • 14 cup ground almonds or almond flour
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops Power Up Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Blend
  • 12 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a Rectangular Steamer or parchment paper-lined loaf pan.
  3. Chill for 60 min until firm, then cut into bars. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
