No-Bake Protein Bars

Ingredients
1⁄3 cup all-natural peanut butter
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
1⁄4 cup ground almonds or almond flour
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops Power Up Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Blend
1⁄2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Press the mixture firmly into a Rectangular Steamer or parchment paper-lined loaf pan.
Chill for 60 min until firm, then cut into bars. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
