New Potatoes Tossed with Herb & Garlic Butter

New potatoes are small and thin skinned. Simply rinse, boil and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs small new red or white potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In Multipurpose Pot with salted water, cover and cook potatoes until fork tender. Drain well.
  2. Add butter, olive oil and Herb & Garlic Dip Mix. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper. Toss potatoes to coat and serve immediately.
