New Potatoes Tossed with Herb & Garlic Butter
New potatoes are small and thin skinned. Simply rinse, boil and serve.

Ingredients
1 1⁄2 lbs small new red or white potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
In Multipurpose Pot with salted water, cover and cook potatoes until fork tender. Drain well.
Add butter, olive oil and Herb & Garlic Dip Mix. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper. Toss potatoes to coat and serve immediately.
