Ingredients

  • 1 (12 in/ 30 cm) store bought pizza shell, whole-grain or gluten free
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 14 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup black olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 6 - 8 anchovies, optional
  • Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, to taste
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
  2. Place pizza crust on a crisper or a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
  3. Spoon Marinara Sauce over dough and spread to edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan, then olives. Add anchovies, if using, then sprinkle with Seasoning, Sea Salt, and Pepper.
  4. Bake until edges are crispy and cheese has melted, 8 - 10 minutes.
