This dip brings the heat and just might be the best buffalo chicken dip recipe ever! Perfect for game day or long weekends, just make sure to have beers or pitchers of iced tea on standby.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese
  • 1 cup light mayo
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp Nacho Cheese Dip Mix
  • 1 tbsp Southwest Ranch Dressing Mix or Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Fries Seasoning or Buffalo Seasoning
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In Multipurpose Steamer, soften cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and stir well.
  4. Transfer into a large baker and bake in oven for 20 min or until bubbly.
  5. Serve with nachos or crackers.
