'My Spicy Clementine' Martini
Spice up your martini repertoire with this crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup freshly squeezed clementine juice
1⁄4 cup Spiced Clementines, just the syrup
3 cups water
2 cups sugar
6 pieces crystallized ginger
1 tsp cardamom
3 - 5 pieces star anise
1 cinnamon stick
12 - 14 clementines
yogurt, chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds – optional
1 cup gin or vodka
ice cubes
Spiced Clementines, if desired
Preparation
Add juice, syrup, and gin to a cocktail shaker.
Add enough ice to fill. Shake well for 8–10 seconds.
Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with Spiced Clementines, if desired.
