Mozzarella and Tomato Antipasti
This is great as an appetizer, a salad, or can be served in a crusty roll as a delicious sandwich.
Preparation
Whisk together olive oil and sauce mix and allow to sit for at least 10 min.
Carefully slice tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into approximately 1⁄4" thick slices.
On a decorative platter, alternate overlapping slices of tomato with mozzarella cheese. Drizzle prepared olive oil mixture over top and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
