Ingredients
1 recipe Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, prepared
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1⁄2 cup diced red pepper
1⁄2 cup raisins
2 cans (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tsp Moroccan seasoning
Instructions
Combine all ingredients.
Serve immediately or marinate in fridge for up to 48 hours.
