Exotic and easy to make — perfect for potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 12 cup diced red pepper
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 2 cans (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp Moroccan seasoning

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately or marinate in fridge for up to 48 hours.
