Skip the expensive takeout! Vanessa Moreau created a veggie pizza recipe that’s got a dairy-free cheese sauce. It’s all flavour and no compromise, thanks to Modern Mac Seasoning.
Ingredients
1 pkg Modern Mac Seasoning
2 cups unsweetened oat milk, or milk of your choice
4 naans
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 small eggplant
1 zucchini
4 cherry tomatoes
Olive oil, optional
1 cup baby spinach
Balsamic reduction, optional
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
Place seasoning in a large, microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl. Gradually whisk in milk, 1⁄4 cup at a time, whisking well between additions. Microwave, uncovered, on high 4–5 min, or until creamy.
Meanwhile, slice peppers, eggplant, and zucchini. Quarter tomatoes.
Place naan on pan. Spread prepared sauce over naan and top with prepared veggies. Drizzle with olive oil, if desired.
Bake 15–20 min or until naan is golden and crisp.
Top pizzas with spinach and drizzle with balsamic reduction and optional toppings, if desired.
