Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced thickly
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 13 cup quick cooking gluten-free oats
  • 2 scoops Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend or Power Up Chocolate Protein Blend
  • 12 tsp Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine milk, banana, berries, oats, protein blend, and apple pie spice until smooth, 30–45 sec.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
