Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups corn kernels or baby corn
  • 4 cups veggies, your choice, cooked or raw
  • 1 lb (450 g) Beef Tenderloin with Pinot Noir Sauce, prepared and sliced thinly against the grain
  • 1 lb (450 g) beef tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Beef & Steak Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 14 cup Pinot Noir or beef broth
  • 3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
  • 34 cup Miso & Ginger Nourish Dressing, prepared
  • Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper, to taste
  • Sea Salt, optional
  • Black Pepper, optional

Preparation

  1. Arrange first four ingredients in four serving bowls.
  2. Drizzle with nourish dressing.
  3. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast topper and enjoy!
