4 cups veggies, your choice, cooked or raw
1 lb (450 g) Beef Tenderloin with Pinot Noir Sauce, prepared and sliced thinly against the grain

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Beef & Steak Seasoning

Black Pepper, to taste
1⁄4 cup Pinot Noir or beef broth
3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
3⁄4 cup Miso & Ginger Nourish Dressing, prepared
Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper, to taste

Preparation
Arrange first four ingredients in four serving bowls.
Drizzle with nourish dressing.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast topper and enjoy!
