Ingredients

  • 2 cups prepared Guacamole
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
  • lime juice, optional
  • 2 cups prepared Poco Picante Salsa
  • 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp lime juice, optional
  • cilantro, optional
  • 2 cans (6 oz each) light tuna, packed in water, drained
  • 4 cups mixed veggies
  • 3 12 oz rice or whole-grain crackers

Preparation

  1. In four bowls, divide Guacamole and top with Salsa and tuna. Serve each with 1 cup veggies and rice crackers.
