Ingredients
2 cups prepared Guacamole
2 ripe avocados
3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
lime juice, optional
2 cups prepared Poco Picante Salsa
2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp lime juice, optional
cilantro, optional
2 cans (6 oz each) light tuna, packed in water, drained
4 cups mixed veggies
3 1⁄2 oz rice or whole-grain crackers
Preparation
In four bowls, divide Guacamole and top with Salsa and tuna. Serve each with 1 cup veggies and rice crackers.
