Ingredients

  • 1 recipe prepared Mac & Cheese
  • 2 cups bite-sized pasta, your choice
  • 13 cup milk, your choice
  • 1 pkg Mac & Cheese Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter, optional
  • 2 cups chopped leftover turkey
  • 1 cup Savoury Herb Gravy, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Savoury Herb Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup Sage & Apple Stuffing, prepared
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 small apple
  • 6 cups cubed day-old bread
  • 2 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning
  • 1 cup Nourish Broth or Vegetable Broth, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 12 tsp Sea Salt, optional

Preparation

  1. Combine 2 cups chopped cooked turkey with 1 cup each prepared Savoury Herb Gravy, Sage & Apple Stuffing and frozen peas with 1 pkg prepared Mac & Cheese (about 6 cups).
  2. Spoon into 4 large cocottes or ramekins. Place on a Sheet Pan and bake in preheated 400° F oven until warm, about 15 min. Serves 4.
