Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 14 cup Parmesan
  • 12 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 1 12 cups frozen peas
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Place a lightly oiled Perfect Petites on a Sheet Pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl; whisk eggs, Parmesan, milk and dip mix.
  4. Divide peas into mold, top with egg mix.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, rotating tray half way through cooking time.
  6. Flip mold onto the Sheet Pan and twist to pop out quiche bites.
