  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, about 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp tahini, optional
  • 12 cup Beet Dip & Spread
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) beets, drained
  • 14 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 14 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 12 cup Red Pepper Spread
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut in quarters
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • 12 cup Dillicious Tzatziki
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 12 English cucumber
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 12 Citrus Marinated Olives
  • 1 12 cups brine-cured black olives
  • 1 12 cups brine-cured green olives
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 14 cup fresh orange juice
  • 14 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp crushed chilies
  • 4 cups dipping veggies, your choice
  • flat bread with Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, optional

  1. Arrange falafels, dips, olives, veggies and bread, if desired on a platter and serve.
