Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups Nourish Broth or Vegetable Broth, prepared
1 1⁄2 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1 1⁄2 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp raisins
1 tsp Curry Seasoning
2 tsp Apple Pie Spice
1 cup regular couscous or Israeli couscous
Preparation
In a Multipurpose Pot, bring broth to a boil.
Add vegetables, raisins, curry, and Apple Pie Spice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in couscous. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
