Mexican Street Corn Hot Dip

Ingredients
1 pkg Mexican Street Corn Dip Hot Dip Mix
1 brick (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese, softened
1 1⁄2 cups corn kernels, fresh, frozen, or canned
1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
In Square Steamer or baking dish, combine hot dip mix with cream cheese, corn, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 6–7 min, stirring hallway through, until dip is heated through. Alternatively, bake in preheated 375° F oven for 15–20 min. Add a squeeze of lime, if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, baguette slices, or raw veggies.
