Mexican Salsa Bites

A Mexican twist on the classic bruschetta. Perfect for a Mexican fiesta or potluck.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices French baguette
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 13 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to broil. Lay baguette slices on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner, and lightly spray with olive oil. Broil 2 minutes per side, or until golden.
  2. Combine tomatoes and Salsa Mix.
  3. Spoon 1 tbsp onto baguette slices and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
