Ingredients
  • 12 lb (225 g) lean ground beef

  • 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning

  • 1 cup Poco Picante Salsa, prepared

  • 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 tsp lime juice, optional

  • cilantro, optional

  • 1 cup Creamy Guacamole Dip, prepared

  • 3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed

  • 12 cup light sour cream

  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice

  • 12 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese

  • 12 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).

  • In a fry pan, brown beef over medium-high heat

  • Drain excess fat, add Fajita Seasoning, and place in an oven-safe dish.

  • Layer salsa and guacamole over beef and top with cheese.

  • Bake with lid off for 5 minutes to melt cheese. Top with lettuce and serve.
