Mexican Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
1⁄4 cup sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup hot water
4 cups milk
Preparation
Whisk cocoa powder, sugar and Cinnamon together in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Slowly add hot water and whisk to create a smooth paste.
Whisk in milk and heat over medium-high heat, stirring until steaming. Pour into heated mugs and serve.
