A Mexican twist on a comfort food classic – chocolate pudding!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chipotle chili
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix with milk, Cinnamon, chipotle chili and vanilla.
  2. Mix with Piano Wire Whisk, or beat with an electric mixer on low setting for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour into serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate at least 10 minutes before serving.
