Mexican Bruschetta

Salsa is an easy “go to” for quick snacks and dishes. Use it as a topper for nacho chips, crackers, or even chicken or fish.

Ingredients
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice, optional

  • 2.25 oz (65 g) tortilla chips, or crackers

Instructions
  • In a bowl, stir tomatoes with Poco Picante Salsa Mix. Gently fold in avocado and stir in lime juice, if you wish.

  • Dish up with tortilla chips or crackers.
