Drain and rinse beans. In Multipurpose Steamer, combine beans and seasoning. Cover; microwave on high 2–3 min, or until warmed through. Once warmed, smash lightly with a fork.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine yogurt and lime juice. Set aside.
Dice bell pepper and avocado. Thinly slice spinach.
To assemble, spread 2 tbsp yogurt mix on each warm tortilla. Top with beans, bell pepper, avocado, and spinach. Roll tightly.
