Try this pub-style Mexican favourite – easily made at home!

Ingredients

  • 4 yams, peeled, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Taco Seasoning or Fajita Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yam strips with oil and seasoning. Arrange in a single layer on crisper or Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner or parchment paper.
  3. Bake, turning several times, until crisp and slightly browned, approximately 25–30 minutes.
