Try this pub-style Mexican favourite – easily made at home!
Ingredients
4 yams, peeled, cut into strips
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Taco Seasoning or Fajita Seasoning
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425° F.
In a mixing bowl, combine yam strips with oil and seasoning. Arrange in a single layer on crisper or Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner or parchment paper.
Bake, turning several times, until crisp and slightly browned, approximately 25–30 minutes.
