Ingredients
1 cup Creamy Garlic Hummus
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas
3 tbsp Creamy Garlic Hummus Dip Mix
3 tbsp lemon juice, about 1 lemon
3 tbsp tahini, optional
4 tortillas
1 tomato, diced
1⁄2 cup diced cucumber
1 pepper, diced
8 pitted Greek olives
Preparation
Spread Hummus over tortillas.
Sprinkle with tomato, cucumber, peppers and olives.
Roll and wrap tightly.
