An easy, fresh-tasting lunch packed with veggies. Serve with Epicure Dillicious Tzatziki for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Creamy Garlic Hummus
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp Creamy Garlic Hummus Dip Mix
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, about 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp tahini, optional
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 12 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 pepper, diced
  • 8 pitted Greek olives

Preparation

  1. Spread Hummus over tortillas.
  2. Sprinkle with tomato, cucumber, peppers and olives.
  3. Roll and wrap tightly.
