Mediterranean Fish Sticks

Another kid-friendly dinner! A delicious Mediterranean way to serve up heart-healthy fish. To get a high dose of Omega-3s use salmon as your fish of choice. Ready in just 25 minutes!

Ingredients
  • 1 - 1 12 lbs (450 g - 675 g) fish fillet, such as halibut, salmon or catfish

  • 1 recipe prepared Dillicious Tzatziki

  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix

  • 12 English cucumber

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

  • 2 cups crushed cereal, such as CornflakesĀ® or Special KĀ®

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C).

  • Cut fish into 'fingers'. Spread half of the Tzaziki over fish, then evenly coat with cereal.

  • Place fish on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake for about 10 minutes (depending on thickness of fish), until topping is crunchy and fish is cooked through.

  • Serve with remaining Tzaziki for dipping.
