1⁄2 lb (225 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Preparation
Drain liquid from artichokes and sundried tomatoes. Chop tomatoes into smaller pieces.
In large bowl, place artichokes, tomatoes, chicken, broccoli, and seasoning; stir to combine and place in Rectangular Steamer. Cover and microwave on high for 5 min or until broccoli is tender and chicken is cooked through.
