Mediterranean Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 12 cup Greek Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Puree beans in food processor with prepared Greek Salad Dressing until smooth.
  2. Spoon into serving dish. Garnish with coarsely ground Pepper.
  3. Serve with your favourite mix veggies or pita chips.
