Ingredients

  • 13 cup Creamy Ranch Dip
  • 3 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1 cup light sour cream, or yogurt
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 (12 in/ 30 cm) prepared thin whole-wheat pizza shell
  • 12 cup sliced bell pepper, any kind
  • 12 cup chopped broccoli
  • 12 cup grated or matchstick carrots
  • 12 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 34 cup grated partly-skimmed mozzarella cheese
  • 14 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Spread Creamy Ranch Dip on pizza shell.
  3. Add vegetables and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
  4. Bake for approximately 10–15 minutes, or until shell is golden-brown and cheese is melted. Finish with Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper.
